Do a search, tons of good info. This, or something similar, zinc content for flat tappet lifters.

I use the lucas hot rod and classic in my L68 and I am pleased with it .

Mobil 1 10w-30 and a bottle of ZDDP Plus for both my 69 L71 and GN.

...I use nothing but that Brad Penn Racing Oil for my 2 C3s. I believe it is one of the highest content ZDDP oils that you can buy.
