Rivet attachment points
I just bought most of an '82 Corvette, mainly for the chassis. It looks like the birdcage is in good shape, so I want to salvage that either for a spare or to sell and help me recoup some of my investment.
Where are all the rivets that secure the fiberglass to the birdcage? I'm going to cut them with a vibrating saw since the little bit of fiberglass that's remaining on the car is junk. I assume there are several across the top of the windshield and along the line where the floor pans attach to the fiberglass firewall.
If someone could point me toward a manual or diagram that shows where they are, I would appreciate it very much.
