OP...floor pans for 75 were fiberglass/metal depending on when it was built. Mine happen to be fiberglass. All of the years following 75 of the C3 area had fiberglass floors. Yours are stock. Technically someone could have replaced the fiberglass floor with another at some point, but yours looks the same age as everything else around it.

I do not know if it's fiberglass the car is in Texas and I am in France
but on mine in France it’s like this
