Default Shakedown.

Transferred the title and got plates today and officially went on my first run. Found a few things that I didn't catch on the test drive.
Below is my current list - Its short right?

Speedo don't work
Odo don't work
Horn don't work
Already have a deleted radio
Steering just a bit sloppy.
Noticed today my dash was painted from red to brown
pop up lights need new rubber boots

Other than that it was a great day. Lots of thumbs up on the way. Got used to shifting after a few blocks (been 20 years since last time I drove stick)
More shows this summer - maybe a little less walleye.

Wheres our pics??? YOu are such a tease........

Oh and by the way, Welcome aboard!!!!

yes its a short list, your speed o cable could be disconnected, broken, the plastic gear is stripped or the drive gear fell off inside the transmission.

Horns can be a pain in the ***. It could be the relay, a fuse or they are full of dirt and just need to be cleaned out.

The sloppy steering might be able to be tightened up by turning the lash screw half a turn in (do this last), you might want to pull the fill bolt on the top and pump in a bunch of grease too. You'll need a bolt with a zerq fitting in it or to buy one from Willcox. Check all your tie rod ends too, theres a lot.

If its power steering the control valve has side to side movent, its how the valve works. have fun with your new toy!!!
