Default c3 Collector Edition
So I am not a mechanic and am looking for some mechanical advice from someone who is REAL familiar with the crossfire Injection system. My main issue right now is that I have had it fully tuned, new wires, blocked off the EGR system (general concensus was that it is not needed), cleaned the TB's but still have an occasional issue cold starting. It struggles and either dies or struggles and blows nasty smoke until it settles down. Ideas?

look at the coolent temp sensor,using cold start ''LIVE DATA''

What does the ALDL light tell you?....the car has on-board diagnostics. Check-engine light blinks.
