Default Fuel/idle problem

I can change the oil and adjust the timing, but diagnosing problems is above my pay grade, so I need a little help from you guys. I put my '70 away last fall with fuel stabilizer and an oil change, everything was running fine.

I started it up this spring no problems. After a couple of miles I came to a stop light and it stalled, I thought maybe the idle needed to be adjusted. Adjusted the idle and filled it up with fresh fuel, but no change. The car just stalls if under 2,000RPM. If I keep the throttle up it runs, otherwise it just stalls out. It starts right up from cold and runs ok, as soon as it warms up it stalls and becomes very tricky to restart with lots of finesse pumping the gas pedal.

Any ideas?

Sounds like the choke may be the culprit.
What type of choke are you running with?
The choke is intended to adjust the amount of air into the carb, based on the temperature of the engine.
Cold engine - max choke / Warm engine - fully open.
If you're starting OK cold, and idling rough and stalling when warm, the choke may not be opening sufficiently to let'er breathe.
Most are adjustable, and mine needs tweaking when the weather goes from cool to hot.

I'd say the choke, and right behind that or at the same time, check all the vacuum hoses for leaking.
