Hey there C3 gurus,

Would like to know if anyone has any technical information regarding the removal/installation for a 1978 rear clip??

I have to do the same job on my 69 so interested in info too.

Here is the rear body work Glas Ra CD for C3's. Another CD for front body work C3's. A little pricey but worth it.
I have used this for other body work info and this is very informative.

This does not look like a how to for the complete rear clip but rather to replace sections which is more likely to be needed. However, still can get you there, I think. And here is another resource which is informative:
