it's come to my wife's conclusion that i love convertibles.



to make matters even worse, the neighbor has a second gen Miata, that has been babied it's whole life and made me an offer that's hard to refuse.
he says he's too old to get in and out of it now.

I've had my two-top 69 L-46 for 42 years...so I'm all in.
Actually, I have both...Coupe and Conv't.

The 69 had been lightened considerably...the first thing to go was the convertible top and assy. Sitting on the same stand as the Hard-top. Wow! look at all the luggage space!

Don't need no stinkin' ragtop...I'm in AZ!

I always leaned towards convertibles and I've had a few, although living up north, for daily drivers, I've had to choose vehicles that I wouldn't freeze to death in. As for Vette's, they just seem more like sports cars without a top. Mine still needs body work and paint, but I think it still looks pretty sexy with the top down or up.
