Default Seat cover clips

Hi all,

I'm trying to re-cover my 1970 seats with brand new Vinyl seat covers. The clips that came with it, that you are supposed to use to clip the cover to the bottom of the seat frame. The openings of the clip are not the same...one side is open a little more than the other. Does the wider opening go to the seat frame and the thinner opening go to the seat cover? Or the other way around?

Thanks guys...I had watched this video as well...but they don't describe which side of the clip goes on the cover and which side goes to the frame? Or did I miss it somewhere? I will go with your suggestion NONN37 - thank you!
