I was looking online for a new DeVilbiss GTI Pro L. T110. WoW nothing but Chinese Fakes all over. Anyone know of a reputable online distributor for them, or a decent substitute at a decent price? I liked the way the gti I used to have handled, didnt dump it on so less chance of a run n excellent at lower pressure. Anything Recommendations?
Get the Tekna pro lite it is the same gun in the US. The international market one is the orange one that is common faked.
i have the prolite with te20. it is noice
I switched from my trusty old pressure gun, Devilbiss JGA, to a really great HVLP gun, an Iwata LPH-400-144LV. Its a Japanese gun and really shoots a nice base/clear paint job.
Think I paid $375 delivered. It will pay for itself in its efficient use of paint and lack of labor needed for wet sanding the clearcoat.
I learned about this gun from a friend that does unbelievable, mostly Camaro, restomods.

Looking towards painting my 72 Cutlass 442. Last car I painted was in early 1990's and I almost always painted lacquer. Can you shoot lacquer through HVLP gun and get good results? Amazing how much confidence you can lose after almost 3 decades….LOL! This will most likely be the last car I paint. I bought a DeVilbiss HVLP years ago and have never used it.

Yeah, my brother bought it from the original owner when he lived in Houston, Texas! It’s low mileage 455 with Ram Air, turbo 400 w/ Hurst Dual Gate! AC, PS, PB and PW! Hope to get it done before I die!
Lardog- I got my DeVilbis at a NAPA store where I could look at it to see if it was a real one or a knock-off. Eastwood also has a variety and if it does not say so in their catalog, you can call their customer service and they will ID it for you.

I ended up getting one from Eastwood, went with the DeVilbiss Finishline FLG 671 with a 1.3 for base n clear, great price, already had a primer gun. Hadn't been on there sight before. Probably going to get my primer from them.
