I replaced the rear panel with one for a side pipe car.

You could tack down an original GM filler panel, glass over the holes in the quarters and add the flanges to the quarters to bolt the quarter to the lower panel. Or get an aftermarket panel that has the added material to fill in the holes in the quarters.

Love my side pipes. Don't like covers. Be careful in shorts. Hold door open for passengers.
