If there are any part numbers on the flange you can always punch in the info you need at Summit or Jegs. See if they match up.

The Hooker side-pipe headers on my 80 were on a 74 previously. For most headers, there is a single part number for all years of C3s, though some fab may still be required. It's more a function of the rest of the exhaust, with the stock 80 lacking the second pathway for true duals.
