Working on some of the little things now and realized the car is supposed to have a key buzzer. Is it in the horn relay and just exactly when would it buzz? Thank You

Yes. It is in the horn relay and it will buzz with the door open and key in ignition. Mine wasn't working when I first bought the car. I opened up the relay and had to solder a wire inside. Its worked for 30 years now.
Popped the cover off the relay and it was a rusted mess in there. I lucked out when I found a spare in my loft from a 71 I used to own. I had the column apart in order to find out what was wrong with the horn. Jim Shea's papers were a great help. Horn and Key buzzer working as designed. Thanks for the help, Rick
Yep, it's in the horn relay. It goes off when the key is in the ignition but you can make it turn off by just pulling the key out a bit.
My apologies for digging up an old thread but, if it's located in the horn relay then why are there separate parts listed for tilt/tele and standard steering columns?
