Default New Engine masters show about tuneups

The latest Engine Masters show is about tuneupes including timing and AF/Rs. It opens with total timing and it shows low timing like a factory emissions tune and how much HP you loose from that tune. For those of you with the motortrend on demand subscription, heres the link

https://www.motortrendondemand.com/d...up/0_8b646hmn/

It used to show up on youtube a month later but I think they discontined posting those.

I watched the episode earlier. Unfortunately, it has no real world/daily driver application. They only concentrated on WOT timing and AF ratio changes.... unless you are at a dragstrip or on a dyno it is meaningless, to a point. All they really determined was how timing affected an engines output to a greater degree than the fuel mixture.

I think over a 100hp because of timing would apply to drivability
