Howdy everyone, noobie question. What type of rally wheels are these? Ive had a search but can't really see anything like them, they appear to be multi fit? Second pic shows my trim rings which don't fit well and leave a gap. Are these correct for my 77 vette?

Looks like they're some sort of "knock off" this might be a good excuse to fit up some nice alloys

There a dual fit Ford / Chevy bolt pattern sold by Jegs ,Summit and most other cheap wheel suppliers. Nothing wrong with them if you don't want to run trim rings. I got a set on my 69 Corvair with no trim rings.

Thanks for that insight L82, id prefer to run it with the trim rings if i can. So maybe up for new rims or perhaps modify the trim rings to suit. Ill do some more forum searching now i know what im looking for!

Looks like the wheel balance weight was painted over....perhaps this wheel was painted from what ever it was originally.

The trim rings you have aren't the type used on Chevrolet rally wheels either, so you may want to look for trim rings too.

Thanks for the help everyone, turns out that as mentioned these are restorparts copy multifit rims. They aren't suitable for the car long term as the centre hole is too large and doesnt fit onto the hub properly. They'll do to move the car around on while i finish fixing the bubba stuff. This gives me a good excuse to buy new wheels
Cheers

The center hole doesn't hold the wheel on the car , the lug nuts do. Proper tightening of the nuts center the wheel . Most if not all trailer wheels have larger centers , no problems there. A lot more weight too. You could call Jegs / Summit to see if trim rings are available for those wheels.

I had them on my 77 when I got it , I got rid of them asap , IMO just cheap rubbish that no corvette trim would fit to.
