Default 1969 350 4 speed

I'm looking at a 1969 350 4 speed. Numbers matching. Looks like all blue interior except for the seats and armrest are black. Could this be correct? Its blue exterior with a large white butt strip and and strip on top then to a point at the hood. Looks like its all there. Guy is asking 10k. If the frame is not rusty, is this a decent price? What are other things I should look for? Thank you,

There are a. number of other things to look for. In the sticky threads near the top of this page is one titled “Ten rules before buying your first C3 Corvette”. It’s a very good read with lots of information that will assist you.

In '69, you could get Black interior with a LeMans Blue exterior.
Sounds like it may have been a re-paint based on the striping.
Check the trim tag (in the Driver's door hinge pillar) to see what the colors were when built.
Trim color codes available at most Corvette sites for all years.
