Vinyl Separating from New Dash Pad

Default Vinyl Separating from New Dash Pad
The vinyl on my driver's side dash pad is separating from the plastic sub structure (see picture below between speedo and tach). I've had it for about six months and I am just now getting it installed in the car.

Has anyone had this happen to them? If so, how did you fix it?

Pretty tough to fix.
Should probably contact the vendor and ask for a replacement.
