so im replacing the rear bumper on my 75' and snapped off a few of the bolts holding it on. with that being said new hardware kits from where im from run over a hundred dollars which i find quite obsurd. But ya my metal strips are in excellent contidition and i was able to tap out the old bolts just wondering if anyone knew what size/ type they were ?

Same thing happened to me. I purchased 3/16” threaded carriage bolts from a local hardware store. After removing the heads of the broken studs, press the carriage bolts into the bumper brackets. The square flange on the heads of the carriage bolts holds them in place when tightening the nuts to secure the bumper:
