Looks like I need to replace the radiator supports, bottom rusting, on my recently purchased '75. Appears to be original, so I suppose should replace the radiator as well?? What's best vendor and radiator for L48?

How about a local repair shop to fix or recore? Come fall unless my leak gets worse i am going to at least get an estimate and stays original..if you go that route let us know how you made out..or what you chose.
Go to sticky thread in c3 under aluminum radiator....it has a bunch of info.
no clue where you are but i found one in Indianapolis

I got a quote from a Corvette shop to replace the radiator support. It was 1200 to 1500 hundred and I already had the new support. I chose to do it myself.

replace it all thats what I did, replace the Rad support with a new or used one, find a good used rad support here on the sales forum. replace the radiator don't mess around with those old radiators buy a new aluminum one (unless this is a restore car "number matching") . Just buy a 3 core aluminum off ebay (I got one for $168 and it's nice) and just hold onto your old radiator and store it in the box the new one came in in case you decide to restore it or sell the car..and do it all at once. If your engine is good to go swap out the water pump and T-stat at the same time for an aftermarket (save the water pump if its original) and flush out your block thoroughly. Just my $0.02
