New Project Day!!!

‘69 Corvette Stingray Convertible with a 400 horsepower 383 Stroker with a mild cam, Weber Carb, Edelbrock Manifold, Hooker Competition Headers, aluminum radiator, and, a 4 Speed Manual Transmission. Also has a new powder coated frame and is sporting a '73 front clip and hood. BEST of all...NO ECU/COMPUTER COMMAND CONTROLS!!!

It may not be pretty but it’s 50 years old and an absolutely uncivilized BEAST to drive - exhilarating and a little scary at the same time. 😂😂😂

Start shopping for bumpers, hockey sticks, grilles, bumperettes now.the nose is the easiest part to find.

Enjoy driving it occasionally as I work on fixing it up. Doing neoprene seat covers (for now), wiper blades, oil, filters, plug/wires, distributor cap/wires this week.

Neoprene seat covers? Nah. Clean and dye what you have.

Oh no; far beyond anything that simple. They had a cloth recover a long time ago. Believe me... the neoprene will be an improvement and buy me time to focus on other things. Replacement seats will be on the very long list of “things to do” but no where near the top.
