I keep finding this blue and white strips around my 80 vette from time to time. Usually all the same length and it’s almost like confetti? Just really curious as what these things are. Found a pile of them in my passenger door hinge area. Found some in the interior. Any guesses?
Didn't GM replacement parts come in a "blue/white striped" package? maybe some "new parts" were installed in the OP's car, and some of the packaging remained stuck to them. Or, it's just the remnants of a critter's nest....
