Default 76 Corvette

I am looking for information on what tires I can get for my vintage 10x15 aluminum wheels that will not rub or the best replacements.

255/60's will not fit on the fronts of my '76. I went with 235/60's. 245's might fit. That said, you may get lucky with 255's on your '76 without trimming the fender.

What's the back space on those rims? 4" is the bs for stock 8X15 wheels.

On my 76, I have the B F Goodrich Radial TA 245 60 r15's on the front and the 255's on the rear. I'm sure they are mounted on the original rally wheels. They look good, and there is no rubbing. The last thing I would want to do is to start hacking on the fenders to accommodate large tires.
