i am installing my dash and console parts in my 68. it has power windows and i know the relay goes on the console support bracket. but were? i have it mounted now but the radio is resting on it, that cant be right? [see pic] i looked in the AIM but its not clear. I bent the tab too get it mounted here, It was bent funny? And I could not place it right, sooo can someone please send me a picture of the proper placement? thanks troy....

do you have an Assembly manual? If you look at originals and reproduction relays, your mounting tab is bent at a 90 degree angle, it should be straight. You definitely have it mounted incorrectly.

I looked at the AIM. mine was not clear and if it’s bent straight won’t it hit the radio even more ?
thank you, so you think the relay points back towards the shifter? i will try that, hopefully the wires are long enough too reach that...i did find a AIM picture on line that shows it pointing straight up? that seemed odd? ....i still hope someone might have a picture...thanks again troy
