Default On the road again!!

After being down for 19 months the 68 is alive again! I recognize that this build will not appeal to many Corvette purists, but considering the original platform (very clean, non numbers matching, big block car), and my ultimate goal, which is to have a driver that can withstand events such as HR Power Tour and Drag Week, I feel that my goal has been achieved.
I will attempt to describe the mods, but apologize for the limited photos, as I was out of country for a large portion of the build.

Engine: BPE 632, with a Steve Morrison tuned Holley Super Sniper 4500 EFI system. +/- 885 hp, tuned for 93 octane
Fuel System: High pressure system (61 psi) utilizing factory fuel tank with 2 Fitech 340/lpm in tank fuel pumps, 10 an supply with 8 an return lines, 100 micron and 10 micron filters. System is set up to facilitate use of 93 octane, E85 or race fuel.
Transmission: Monster Extreme 4L80e, with COMPUSHIFT Bluetooth shift controller. Factory style automatic transmission shifter.
Torque Converter: Monster built Pro Lock up converter with 3,200 rpm stall.
Exhaust: Custom fabricated (Lemon headers) 2 3/8” stainless steel headers with 3 1/2” race style collector. Custom fabricated stainless steel exhaust system with 2 1/2” x 4” oval tubing transitioning into 3 1/2” in and out stainless steel mufflers.
Driveshaft: Custom built big tube
Center Section: Duntov Motors racing prepped posi traction unit with 3:55 gears. Duntov hardened outboard spindles and 3” chrome moly half shafts.
Suspension: (Front) Ridetech upper and lower tubular A arms with Ridetech adjustable coil over shocks. (Rear) Ridetech offset trailing arms and complete rear coil over IFS suspension package.
Brakes: Willwood 4 wheel disk, 6 piston calipers.
Steering: Ridetech complete steering package with Borgeson power steering unit.
Cooling: Be Cool, 4 row aluminum radiator with double electric fan system.
Hood: Baldwin motion hood with 2 1/2” sectioned into the hood scoop and “big block styled” stripes.
Wheels & Tires: American Racing Torque Thrust wheels, 17 x 7 front and 17 x 10 rears. I also purchased a matching set of 20 X 10 rear wheels for alternate applications.
Beyond what is mentioned above the body and interior of he car are factory original and functioning with the addition of aftermarket shoulder harnesses.
We had the car at the Texas Mile event in Victoria, TX this weekend as a “shake down” effort. Car ran and drove perfectly with a 191 mph one mile speed, 138 mph 1/4 mile speed, on a very conservative tune and “rolling launch”.
Many details to button up in the coming months but we can see the light at the end of the tunnel!!!

WOW! Looking forward to more photos and updates as you continue to shake it down. I've got to get back to working on mine now that the garage is cooling off.

I love it! I also second the comment of how about a video of it running and /or driving?

Very nice! It sits perfect, not to low and no funky gap between the tires and body.
