The program is on my DVR I've just not had time to watch it yet. I'll probably enter but I never win anything. They may or may not be restored to others standards but I'd still take one.
I watched the two episodes that were on last weekend and I entered the contest. I agree they’re not doing NCRS restorations, but what the heck, somebody’s got to win them. Might as well take a shot!

I'm in.....but have ZERO expectations.
Good luck all.
Now, they're only giving away 10 cars at the end of September. The rest will be given away at the end of March 2021! They are also selling tickets for the last 26 up until March 2nd, 2021. 40% of the cars they're drawing on now are less desirable IMO . So, if you happen to win 1 now, you lose your chance at say, the 1967 coupe or the 1969 or 1970 chrome bumper cars?? I can buy tickets for the last 26 but this is kinda changing the rules at the last minute and decreasing your odds for a more desirable year for your original tickets. I know it's for charity but it's just kinda shaky IMO! Oh well, it's what it is!
UPDATE: per email below it says you can win more than 1 Corvette....

From their email that I received:
Dear Corvette Heroes Donors,
Thank you again for your support of “The Lost Corvettes” sweepstakes and your heartfelt donation supporting military veterans.
We’re writing now to make sure you are the first to know about some very exciting and important changes in the sweepstakes – both in accordance with the revised official rules and due to the ongoing disruptions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
As you know, the pandemic forced the complete shutdown of non-essential businesses in New York State where the 36 Corvettes were being restored. Furthermore, Covid-19 has caused a major disruption to the restoration parts and supplies pipeline nationwide.
Nevertheless, with the expectations of great donors like you first and foremost, we are announcing today that the 36 Corvettes will be awarded to Grand Prize winners in two phases.
Here’s how it works: All entries received on or before September 8, 2020, at midnight PDT (the original sweepstakes ending date), will be in both drawings. The first drawing is September 30, 2020, for one of 10 Corvettes, which have already been brought back to life, certified and inspected by our award-winning team of restorers and ready for you to enjoy immensely if your ticket number is drawn.
They are the: 1954, 1957, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1972, 1975, 1979, 1986 and 1988. (Three of the five mid-year Corvettes are included in this first group!)
For the remaining 26 exceptional Corvettes, the sweepstakes will accept entries until March 2, 2021, at midnight PDT. This extra time, which we would not need had Covid-19 not become a pandemic, will allow our team of restorers to safely finish their work and deliver these “barn-find” Corvettes back to life for the Grand Prize winners.
These cars include the highly-desirable 1953, 1955, 1956, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1967 and 1969 model years and a 1989 convertible with 7,500 miles, among others. Winners for these final Corvettes will be announced on March 28, 2021.Of course, if you have entered before September 8, 2020, at midnight PDT, you still have a chance to win any of the 36 Corvettes (You can even win more than one!) and any entries you make starting September 9, 2020, through March 2, 2021, will get you more chances to win one of the 26 Corvettes.
Here’s more great news: Beginning on November 3, 2020, and through the conclusion of the sweepstakes in March next year, the proceeds from your donations will benefit our new sponsor charity, Stand for the Troops (SFTT), an incredible non-profit organization that identifies and funds medically proven, effective treatments for American combat veterans with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Please join me in welcoming the Stand for the Troops team to “The Lost Corvettes” sweepstakes. https://sftt.org
We thank the National Guard Educational Foundation for its partnership with Corvette Heroes since our sweepstakes launch. Donation proceeds through November 2, 2020, will continue to support for this amazing non-profit organization.
The VH1/Peter Max Corvettes are the greatest car “barn-find” in history. Please keep your donations coming in and we hope you are one of the 36 Grand Prize winners. And please feel free to reach out to our customer service team with any questions at 727-536-2555.
