Tilt-Tele on 76?
Guys, I just read an ad about a C3 that has tilt-tele... my car does not have this, only tilt. Is that normal? I would guess that was simply an option but most cars seem to have both the tilt and the tele. And dammit, I want one, LOL.

My 76 has both, but be advised it's rather expensive to replace the Vega wheel. I don't remember from which vendor I purchased the kit only it was just a tad under $300 not including the steering wheel.

Guys, this is obviously a completely new thing to me that I will have to read up on... What center cap? What locking ring? I am going home to look closer now. I asked the seller, when I bought the car, if it had this telescoping option and he said he didn't even know what that was. So, I have manuals and all kinds of things to get smarter about.

I'll be a son of a biscuiteater.... thanks, now I *really* want to go home and check this out. So, a question I have that I haven't found yet, how much tele is normal? I can guarantee my car has that serrated ring just under the horn button, but never knew that would make the column move. This is a good day!!!
