Default This light has to go somewhere!
Found it under the console in my 75. Has a shield on it. Logically I would think it was from the ashtray but can see no place to mount it to it. Maybe an aftermarket lighter has rendered this useless?

yes it mounts in sideways , the cup over the bulb is so the light beam goes straight up through the original lighter

Alright. I see it now. Thanks man. Two slots on the lighter retainer hold it. moving on to the AC switch...
