Yes indeed, lots of forum members have been buying them.
I got mine a year ago and wish I'd got it 10yrs ago - MUCH safer (and much faster) than floor jack/stands etc
My C5 is currently getting clutch/diff done using Quickjack + tranny jack + floor jacks. Plenty of threads about how to use it.
I have used the 5000 lb set on my 77 Vette for several years, and I love it. It gets it up high enough to do anything underneath, and the car is very very stable on them. I still back it up with jack stands, but only to be extra safe, not because I really believe they would collapse. Take a look at their website and you will see how they severely overloaded a set, and still could not get them to collapse.

How do you get under the car with the Quick Jacks and jack stands in place?

I use a creeper to roll around on, and the jack stands are off to the side under the shocks in back, and a-arms on front. Its no big deal, as mostly the work is down the center of the car......although each winter, I get under there and clean and wax the frame, the belly, and make it all look new again. Could not do it without the Quick Jack. I do not have the cash or the garage for any big lifts. The full height of the Quick Jack is perfect for laying on a creeper, with just the right arm length for doing anything you need to do underneath the car......at least for me.

Thanks for the response. I have a Quick Jack too, but I use it without jack stands.

Hi Chaps! Based on the encouragement here I took the plunge and ordered my Quick-Jack. Over here in Europe it came from the agent in the Netherlands, great service and not as costly s I might have imagined.
I got to give it a try yesterday - wow - if only I'd known about these a few years ago!
