What are these two parts?

Default What are these two parts?
Came in a box of stuff from a guy who worked on Corvettes in the early 80's, and I think they are C3 parts. The flat one I know I should know!

The flat one is the backing plate for the no. 1 body mount . It was riveted on during the early stages of the body construction .

The bracket is for the big block brass surge tank ,they are not reproduced so pretty rare
