Default Distributor cover screw
I’m detailing my engine compartment and painting the distributor cover there’s a bolt attached on the cover anyone know what’s supposed to be attached to it right now the cover is just sitting on the distributor

? Is it assumed the black plastic ignition shroud is molded with some integral conductive metal/mesh/particles ?

I was told there's a foil lining of some type on the plastic covers.

Yes it has a thin aluminum sheet on the inside
now I know were that ground wire that was just laying there goes although the radio has been replaced
