Default 76L AC compressor
Got a question for Y'all. My 1976 Vette (very late production) has an R4 compressor on it. All the documentation I can find shows that a 1976 early or late should have an A6 compressor. Is that correct? I am working on the car this winter and thought that AC would be a nice upgrade as in my lifetime I never ever remember this car having working AC. If i'm replacing the compressor, among other things, I want a correct original look.

IIRC, 76 early had the A6 compressor; 76 late got the R4s.
