What Makes This Rare Barn Find 1968 Corvette Vintage Race Car Cool
Quote:
Original and Unmolested from 1977
Original 1970s style paint and wheel flares
Has the real L88 big-block dry-sump engine from the 1970s
Still has the original Muncie 4-speed transmission
Came with the original SCCA log book and paperwork
Raced at Riverside Raceway in the 1970s
Bought from the original owner, Mark Smith, who bought it new in 1968
Set up by legendary racer Dick Guldstrand
Still wearing the original CA plates last tagged in 1973!
Mechanically gone through and back on the road after 20+ year
Nice
