Parts chasing latest
81 year old guy had to sell his Corvette rear end parts, bought for his street rod project. I have shared some of my treasure, but the latest!!!
A 1969 AT HD big block Diff, fully intact and J-56 single pin calipers still hanging on the trailing arms. $275 total.
Car apparently flipped on its roof, and one trailing arm is bent like a pretzel on the nose end.
So how rare would a car have been, that could bury that 160 mph speedo? One of the L88s? I will never know, as just have a diff stamp and date. If only parts could talk!
I was going to build another Tom’s Differential Super 10 Bolt, but now thinking of just rebuilding it stock! 3.08 gear set in fantastic shape!
