I have a 1974 vette trying to get led taillights and Corvette mods do not have it for 74 I was just seeing if I can use the 73 or the 80 light and just plug it into the socket on the car

The tail light set up for 74 was one year only. 73 lights won't work for you. 80 sockets\connectors might. FWIW: take your stock 74 bulb number and see if you can find an equivalent LED.
