Rover did you a favor! Bumper was probably brittle and wavy and ready to fall apart anyway.
He saved you some work. The tail lights look good! LOL

Hmmm... My '75 did the same thing a while back, and I don't even have a dog.

If the dog did it there was likely a critter he was after....

But DADDY, It smelled like SHARK!
Staged but funny!
My dog had a penchant for Vinyl....god help me, he destroyed anything that I left in the back yard....50' garden hose= 50 1 foot pieces.

I pity the pooch when it comes around to poop time!
At least it wasn't a fiberglass panel he chowed on. Those fibers don't digest at all, and they certainly wouldn't pass easily.
You might end up with some nice Urethane permanent "sculptures" in the yard though!

There must be some smell to the urethane that pisses off dogs! I've seen footage of dogs attacking cars and ripping the bumpers off-it's a thing!

dog ate my homework? nope. dog did my homework... need to teach him how to unbolt the mounting strip around the perimeter. those paws will fit in there better than our hands.
