I am restoring a 73 coupe, currently working on the interior and wiring. There is a terminal with a yellow and two white wires hanging in the Jack compartment. Cannot tell from the wiring diagram what this hooks up to. It is not the glove box light, have correct wires for that. This is in the jack compartment.
Anyone have an idea?
There should be a key switch in the middle of the back panel, above the license plate and then a horn buried in the front of the rear wheel on the drivers side

The factory alarm became part of the standard equipment in 1972. Your car should have the key switch on the rear panel. If not, it may have been glassed in and painted over by a previous owner?
Yes, I was wondering what that was for, and of course I do not have the key for it. Should be able to find one on line. I’ll get it up on the lift and trace it to see if the rest of the components are there. Have not dropped the gas tank and serviced it yet, so should get a good look then.
Thanks for all the help!
That should be the alarm horn relay (black pink white)
The yellow white wires beside there would be for the flasher that made the horn cycle on-off-on-off......
