Default model year started late in 75?

my 75 vert project is dated I 10. i thought I missed it's 45th b-day. turned out I is June in 75? finally got some time to bring it back to life. mebbe DMV will be open by June 10 and i could give it a proper gift. the gift of life...

There was a strike during the 74 model year which made production run long. 75 model year production did not begin until October, 1974

i thought I 10 was last week or last month. surprised they didn't start with C in October...

nice, my 75 was built in Dec of 74 and was the 2nd unit built that month. The old girl will be 46 this year and was purchase from the 1st owner in 1985 for my wife
