I just finished the floor pans and now the carpet. Not ever replacing carpet before some tips and direction would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You in Advance.
Place carpet in the sun or better inside a hot car all day. The heat makes the backing pliable, especially around the wheel humps. Use a pointed soldering iron to make the the holes. When trimming, take off only small amounts. Used the required plugs to affix carpet against the rear wall, and also against the firewall. There are a bunch oh how tops on the CF. Do some reading and it will be a lot easier. If you car has the seat belt retractors under the seat, cover them with carpet, and only make a slit for the belt to come through. It makes the installation look a lot better.

That is what I did and like it better than the rod showing.
I have my carpet laid out in the rear, however, not sure if the sides go over or under the back of the seats carpet.
Can anyone show me how the back is supposed to fit. Thank You
Sides go down and onto the "floor" a little. The "floor" piece that goes behind the storage doors and up the back wall should have a finishing binding on the sides, that lays over top of the two side pieces
