Default Help needed

I was hoping I could get some guidance on something. I've been working on my 76 and my window had fallen down (looked like it was rolled down). When I started to take part the back panels I noticed the metal frame that the window sits on literally popped off and is in two pieces. The top is still held on and I cant seem to figure out where this would screw or bolt in? Is it broken? Does it need to get tac welded?!

Any advice would be appreciated!

Here you can see the two metal pieces below.

the two metal parts that the window sits on?

where it used to be! lol

it looks like it just fell off lol. Going to try to bond the bottom metal part with some binding agent / epoxy. Hoping I can put it back together.
