Hub Bore?

Looking at wheel options and need to know if the ridler 650 with the hub bore center at 83.82 will fit correctly. I've searched and it looks like 70.3 is the size for my 75. Will the larger bore be alright?

Is the wheel hub centric or nut centric?
At worst you buy 4 centering rings.
