I have come across an 82 with a Tuned Port that the owner claims is original
sll the 82s I have seen before are Cross Fire
Did GM sell 82C3s with Tuned Port Injection?

Yup, I had a 85 years ago. TPI. It was the first year of this setup. Great tourqe, not so great H.P. but a nice car to drive.

Any 1982 C3 with an original engine will have "ZBA", "ZBC", or "ZBN" stamped on the engine block pad, in front of the passenger-side head. It will also have the last few digits of the VIN stamped there.
