Came across this, might help those that have a plastic coolant tank.

Is there a name for the acid he listed on the top of the screen?

Sulfamic acid. You can find the powder form at Home Depot and on Amazon.

This is what he said he used:
1. H₃NSO₃ - Sulphamic Acid Mixture; 2. Sonax Ultra Cleaner; 3. Dishwasher salt;
