Default VBP strut end zerk fitting

Looking high and low, can’t find where to get this zerk fitting. Appears to be an 8-32 thread. Any ideas?

Don't know that I've seen a zerk with that small of a thread on it (without being the miniature ones) What size is the hex?

None of my suppliers list any 8-32 grease fittings at all, the only thing I see is the #10-32 (without the check ball) and then #6-40 (3018) again without the check ball.

Metric m5 x 0.8 is a possibility, they'd have a 7mm hex but that's not a lot bigger than 1/4 (which is 6.35mm so about .025") and a .8mm pitch which is pretty much 32 tpi, self tapping ones have a tapered thread
