Default Muncie problem

So, I just rebuild my Muncie m21 with new synchros. My problem is that when I down shift it grinds on all gears.
I have to rev match to keep it not from doing that. Up shift works great.
I’ve double checked the synchros and it is like it should.
Got Hurst super competition linkage on it and I also double checked that.
Can’t remember if I had GL5 or GL4 in it. Could wrong lubricant be my culprit ?

This might be stupid thought but can
it be due to my rear diff gearing? I’m about 1800-1900 rpm at 60. (LS5)

Try adjusting the clutch more. Most problems I ever had like you describe was inadequate throw

Need to check the clutch adjustment. If the disk does not release you will get grinding. Clutch may be damaged also.
