Default Question about part

Hello I have a 76 corvette and I’m looking for a part and I’m not sure if the name but I have a picture of it from the manual and I’m wondering if anyone knows the name of it and where I could buy one?

It’s near the thermostat housing and a vacuum fitting if I’m not mistaken.

Here is a picture of it in person for a better reference if it’s of any use.

I found one at local NAPA that is 90* to the manifold. Forces the heater hose forward instead of over the valve cover.

No, sorry.
If you have a printer hooked up to your lap-top, click on and borrow NONN37 link photo. Take that to NAPA and tell them you want that 1/2" NPT with 5/8 hose, but want a ninety degree unit.
Summit Racing has a blue one but you have to pay shpg.

If you squint your eyes you can see it in my avatar to the left.

I see you have a smog pump bracket in the pic
if you have smog system i dont think youll be able to turn the hose 90 degree forward. youll have to make it come out straght, because its a tight squeeze over the valve cover and smog diverter valve.
