75 Corvette tilt wheel
I have a 75 Corvette with tilt steering wheel, I'm trying to get the spring for the tilt wheel back in, how do you compress it so I can lock it in?

I had a buddy help me with that spring. It was comical to say the least. Then I found out there is a tool to accomplish the feat. Was told that O'reillys has it on the shelf.
