Default C3 Pulled From River After Many Years

I searched and couldn't find where this was posted before, so sorry if it's a dupe.

So sad to see a C3 in this condition; probably insurance fraud like most cars dumped in bodies of water.

Ran when parked.

Assuming no bird cage or frame rust, I'm in.

Recently washed.
What more could you ask for in a project.

"I can do $8 grand if you'll work with me?"

"Ok, Dennis, what do you think, shall we go to $6,001?.... yeah, oaky, we can do $6,001"

"Okay, it's a deal"

"Congratulations, you just bought the unknown third, zero mile ZL-1"
