Default New interior sourcing

Doing a frame-off on a 1980. Frame is done, body is donish, putting it on the frame for final paint.

Interior is 90% junk. Dash cracked, seat inserts junk, door panels nasty. The rear pieces are so-so.

What's a good (yet somewhat economical) place to get an entire interior kit. Probably oyester (original color) or black . Keeping the seat backs.

Corvette America, now called Top Flight makes most all of the interior parts for our cars. The carpets are made by ACC which I used and have worn out in less than two years driving about 30 minutes a month. Al Knock (spelled wrong), sells carpets, but I am not certain they produce the in house. I don’t know who makes the seat upholstery.

Some of the plastic can be restored. The dash is cracked and has some chunks missing.

I've been using ACC carpet for over 20 years on most of my builds without issues. Surprised he had problems, wonder if it was a bad batch?

I think I want to go oyster with the dash, door panels, console, etc but probably black carpet and accents.

I've just purchased an all new interior from Al Knoch Interiors.
They manufacture all their parts in house in the USA.
They have been great to work with and everything I've received is perfect.
Call and talk with Melanie, ask about when they are having their next sale.
I ordered some stuff last July on their 20% off sale and last November on their 15% off sale.
If you don't see something you need on their website, call and ask because they do manufacture some items not on their website catalog.

What did you get and what did they charge you ?

Thanks!

Basically everything,
Dash pad, lower driver and passenger dash pads with map pockets, both consoles, complete door panels, leather seat covers, seat foam, seat backs, sill plates, visors, pillar post pads, front header, T-top panel pads, center T-top panel, complete compartment doors and more.
The cost will depend on what interior you currently have in your car and if you want to stay with the oem options or not.
For example, my 73 is equipped with the deluxe leather interior.
I want the leather, but don’t like the fake wood panel trim, carpet and extra chrome trim on the doors, so I purchased the complete standard door panels for a savings of about $200.00.
I still have a few items to order from Al Knoch like carpet and some tools, etc.
I haven’t added up everything because I’m still waiting on a few parts and they don’t charge you until they ship your parts.
