any good videos on changing door weatherstrip especially the one that keeps
the window in line when going up?

check the bumpers too.. that has more to do with alignment

see this post and some bumper pics..while there maybe fix a few other things if needed..

Buy Corvette Rubber brand weatherstrip if you can. I bought that for my 79 and did the entire car a little over a year ago. No complaints. Corvette Rubber was recommended by many people here on the forum.
