Default New corvette

Hey, im new to owning a corvette, I have a 1968 corvette and I was wondering if you guys have any advice for working on it, I bought the car as a roller so I'm just doing body work to it, I would appreciate any advice.

Welcome to the forum Armando and congrats on your new Corvette! '68 is a great looking year.
We all love a good project. Tell us about the car, coupe or convertible? Big block or small block? Standard trans or automatic? And most importantly, share some pics! We LOVE pics!

congrats on your "new to you" Corvette. And welcome to the nut house.
As per advice. Lots of good knowledgable people on here.
But first, couldn't hurt to ask direct questions. provide plenty of good clear photo's, and always mention the year of your car in your questions.

The very first thing I would do is purchase an AIM. It is the Assembly Instruction Manual used by the assembly line crew to assemble the car on the line. The 68 was the first year of the C-3 generation. As such, there were many changes made throughout the production year. I would also put together a plan as to what you intend to do with the car. Do you want a resto mod, a full restoration or something in between? Set a budget and double or triple it. Good luck. I have had my 68 for almost 50 years. Jerry
